You had me until "cool weather in August. "

We had about two weeks of unseasonably cool weather in the DFW area in August several days with highs in the 80s and low 90s. We had one day that in my part of Dallas did not make it out of the 70s. It was a nice break

I was hoping you would do this again. My desktops need more pictures. I already get lots of compliments of your pictures of Apogee from co-workers who see it on my computer.

I like the new walking bridge. It's very family friendly.

Yeah. As long as you're not crossing it when KRAM1 is around.

It's a shame they couldn't have started on that Pedestrian Bridge right after last football season. Oh well....

Great job on the pics, Tony! Upside of looking at his aerial pics is UNT's luxury of having an enormous amount of real estate inside and near the Mean Green Village for future growth & expansion because we all know 2 other area FBS schools who don't have that luxury last time I checked.

AND.....the interstate location of Apogee, the Super Pit and the Mean Green Village is worth gold for our school.

I'll bet that was their only option because of the slope of the land. If they had it go the other direction I'll bet that the pitch of the ramp would have to be too steep or they'd have to extend the ramp way too far.

You could argue it brings more to the hill to help the tailgating environment, which I think helps with the over all game day experience.

This. After working with the ADA on a number of projects, this makes the most sense.

It seems the same walking distance as the overpass... Only safer I suppose... Should have put a parking garage on the other side of Bonnie brae and had a small bridge... Then put a basketball arena right at the loop of the highway across from the stadium. Plenty of parking and good tailgateting! And level the land around the stadium for a nice grassy area. I liked that fours had grass inside the stadium forthe kids to throw the ball in!
