Green and........Black for Halloween?

I've heard a lot of rumors over black uniforms. Think it's likely gonna happen.

I don't think anyone mentioned it, but did anyone notice in one game (Ball?) we used 2 different helmet styles? Started with the printed North Texas and then switched to the script ones after the 1st or 2nd quarter. I thought it was kinda funny, like maybe they assumed the helmets were bad luck and then switched over. The reason I think it was against BallS is because I noticed there was better play after the change...but it may have been another game. We could have different uniforms for every game as far as I'm concerned. I just want us to win...and of course auction off any that won't be used again to bring in some moolah.

Based on the fact that the Men's Basketball team was able to wear "NE" (Per NT03 on the basketball board, this means "No Excuses"), I'm expecting the helmets for Halloween to replace "North Texas" with "#Hit6"

BRING IT! I personally am not a fan of the black uniform where black is not a predominate color, but I do know that recruits want it. But while we are at it, if we are going to trick it up, make sure we trick up the helmet as well.

I like the idea of a green/black out. I hope we do something crazy with our uniforms. Why not? National TV, chance for a big win and big crowd. Let's make a splash.

I don't care about color. I've seen so many different shades of green at UNT the last 40 years some of which I never knew even existed.

I just want to see a crowd at Apogee for this ESPN nationally televised game and I don't care if our players are playing nekid' (which would, of course, get more co-eds out for the game). Can I say this kind of stuff here?

Great, I just missed it. I did see the BBall one multiple times.

I'd like to see some black helmets. A halloween game on national home game on TV really give NT a chance to do something special that people will notice......Or do the NT thing and not do anything

By the way, the game is nationally televised, but not on ESPN. Its on Fox Sports 1.

Whatever- espn, foxsports1, either way, I'll be on a 3 day weekend just out of the field. I might bring creepy horse head out to Denton, if I can get the wife to go along with it...
