We all recall Pierce for last year's game...the guy has hands and has some speed...so, look out P. Reid is BACK!

Pierce has also agreed to provide some golf packages for the silent auction like he did last year. The golf packages were big hits and helped us raise a good bit of change for the scholarship...so thank you, Pierce for both playing and supporting our scholarship efforts once again. We look forward to having you with us again this year!

I heard CUSA officials were on hand to witness the draft . It may be months before we know what teams we are on !!!

Draft took place just as posted it would at 3PM yesterday in the GMG.Com Chat room...we have a few visitors so "stealth" it was not! Ha! I will post the teams in a new thread.

Just a tad busy yesterday afternoon to spend any more time on this project...sorry...other projects also need attention...player list will be up within 10 minutes!

Oh hell I didn't even know this was happening this soon until tonight. I would love to play again this year if it is somehow possible.

Anyone else notice that the Athletic Department's Ad in the Denton Record Chronicle that lists spring game day activities had the GMG.Com flag football game at 10:00AM listed as one of the day's events????? Way cool.

That's really great, and is some nice PR for the event.....the support we are getting from the athletic department for our FB and BB events is simply OUTSTANDING!

And...it is VERY much appreciated!

EDIT: You are kidding me! I'd sure like to know who the "grumpy old man" or person was that could -1 the above comment. Some folks really do need to get a life...sad state of affairs here...obviously the person who did it does not have the "you know what's" to identify himself. Amazing...simply amazing.
