Garner looks like he has pretty solid size. That 220 he's listed at may very well be legitimate. I've really liked Garner's game since he first was offered. He had 10 sacks last year, plus he was originally recruited by, and committed, to Purdue to play safety. So he's got solid coverage skills for an LB.

His blitzing and coverage skills combination could make him an asset as a 3rd down weapon as early as this season.

Nice! Well spoken and understands his roll for this year. Can't ask for much more.

Loved his comments at the end about doing whatever needs to be done. Seems like the kinda guy that's going to be a leader/captain once he gets further into his career.

Presents himself very well. I liked his attitude about playing time as well. Gotta earn it.

Seems like a very intelligent player. I like that he give credit to the older guys for helping him learn the plays.

Are Ellis and Loving back on the team? He mentioned Sed Ellis at the 1:15 mark.

end of that video hints at his playa ability.

there was a bit of hesitancy...some freshman jitters...but I think with a bit practice and commitment to his trade, that he'll be making plenty of plays like that over his four years in Denton.
