I appreciate the coverage but man you just cringe when you realize that these guys who get paid to follow this stuff don't know ---- very few out there really understand the changes that have taken place in these mid major conferences... it's like you have the ability to read a code that the vast majority of people don't comprehend. I did agree wholeheartedly with his point about the differences between the gang of 5 being very slight. The Mountain West, ACC and C-USA don't have that big a difference between them honestly.

Geez ... that was a waste of video. They talk a lot but don't say much. How can they miss the addition of so many local teams to our conference schedule? I appreciate the attention but the execution was very lacking. I give it a C-.

Like how about the fact that North Texas went from being on an island with no Texas team to 3? I mean they are Texas football no?

About 3 or 4 years ago, a survey of college football journalists found that 95% of their coverage was on the AQs. Of the 5% that was spent on non-AQs, Boise State, BYU, Utah (back then), the service academies, and the well-known BCS busters (Southern Miss, Fresno State) were the only programs that they followed as the season went along.

If ignorance is bliss, no wonder those guys look so happy.

After watching this I got Internet Angry. So glad all of you said exactly what I was thinking. Ugh. I hope we go undefeated. Just so everyone will have to learn our name, logo, helmet, color scheme, and conference.
