Any info on new Mean Green helmets/uniforms?

I really think that they're going to do something very flashy and modern with the helmets this year

I'm a little late to this party but I do believe the "look good, play good" mentality applies to this generation probably more than any other...

I care about winning. I also like a good sports superstition.

Just the opposite of the Cowboys cursed road unis, the black home unis have been good luck.

Has nothing to do with how they look, a slash here, a swoosh there. Purely that we win in them.

Makes sense to me. When we win I wear the same outfit to the next game ;-)

I seldom shave, anything. So I just wear the same underwear, until we lose. Even if it takes weeks. That's pretty manly, right? Or just gross? Haven't figured it out yet.

Just slap a white SOW on the current green helmets. When black jerseys come out, slap the black SOW on there. Easy, quick, & cheap.

I still dream of a two tone green uniform. I know it won't happen, but I can have dreams. When we do roll out the black jerseys, we need more green (ie green pants)

The mint colored green helmet has to go though.

Never shave on gamedays, shower after the game. If I'm really good, I'll floss.

This new SOW is pretty sharp, updated and cleaner looking than the current eagle on the side of the helmet. Maybe even the carbon fiber look with this helmet?

Yes, yes, and yes! These are really awesome! Like the first one so we have some GREEN in there as well! Looks modern and would really look good with our black unis. Maybe make that black helmet the carbon fiber though. Either way, very nice work Cdizzle86!!!!

We need to roll into Austin this Fall with this look!

It looks pretty cool, but I'd rather have the whole SOW on the helmet. Kind of hard to tell what it is if you don't know the SOW.

That is a good plan. A bunch of fellas that look like Hawk from Buck Rogers would do the trick.

I LOVE the SOW.

But the outline might not carry over very well onto the field. Still, looks sharp as all hell on my computer screen.
