Most people on here know that I like doing research and plugging the numbers into spreadsheets to come up with some interesting statistics. I decided to turn my attention towards UTSA football. Below is a list I compiled of wins that UTSA has logged against FBS programs with a winning record:

  • Tulane

Here's a graph I made:

Like I said UNT=Harvard of the South...

In yalls little dream world, anyways haha.

Didn't take the time to read previous comments so not sure what the context of this comment is. However, nobody I know compares us to any Ivy League, although we do have programs ranked higher than Ivy Leagues, just as several other public universities do. So, why would we dream about that? In FB, Harvard would get wooped by us. Just like you will. Also not so sure why you're bringing up academics coming from el Colegio Central de San Antonio.

As a First Generation Mexican American that graduated from UNT…I laughed my ass off when I saw this.

Careful. Apparently to ask if a school in a city with a heavy Mexican influence and culture would bring a mariachi band instead of a marching band is racist.

After realizing this is now on page 30, I realize that Harry is sitting in his lab, rubbing his hands together and laughing a deranged laugh at the realization that his plan has been a success.

In all due respect, their marching band does wear a variation of a mariachi uniform.

I'm not kidding.

That is the ugliest thing I've ever laid eyes on.

Just saw that DT has more yards, better completion percentage and more TDs than Soza this year.

I caught that too. Soza will try to do more than they are able to at times. I have some other thoughts about their team as I have watched them a couple of times this season. I will save that for the podcast on Wed though.

They aren't worthy of any type of wager.

Not to mention unamerican and very anti-marine.

Which is great and all but dammit don't you mention Mexican culture and UT-San Antonio in the same sentence because:

Stats always work out when you take the ones you need and leave out the ones you don't.

DT has more INT's than Soza and Soza has more rushing yards than DT

Both are productive in different ways.

I think our D is licking their chops at the idea of chasing a mobile QB around. Good luck with that.

I don't think our defense cares about what kind of quarterback they are chasing.

They all taste like chicken!

I think posters should go back to responding to every UTSA post with some variation of a chicken .gif. It takes less effort and you don't need to think so hard (a win/win)
