However, if it gets students pumped up and in to the game. Then let it rip.

If cussing is what gets students pumped up about a game, then we have bigger problems with our younger (aka student) fan base than anyone cares to admit.

There are other threads about cursing in the fight song. Let this one get back on track with ESSC.

I mutha£^<£^< hate it when mutha$@&€#%¥ sports fans don't act mutha@&$"%¥£ classy, mature, polite, and responsible at mutha%•£$&@% sporting events.

Maybe someone could ask John to pull an RV and quit playing the cussin part of the song???

Why did you have to bleep those parts out? Didn't like how it looked associated to your name?

For those so aghast at what those rapscallions are doing to the fight song I encourage you to slip in the words "Mean Green" in place of MF and sing louder than the kids across the field.

Be proactive if you think this a problem.

ESSC was not around when I left. I plan on hitting it up at Homecoming.

If going just for drinks, do not miss Oak Street right down the street. That bar has no televisions, but it's really something special.

Oak Street was open when I graduated. However, I hardly ever went because I would always show up late and miss out on snagging a table.

Ah, got it. I was RTVF so my reading comprehension skills may be suspect.

Grumpy old men strike again.

Many are not old...maybe it is the grumpy young men striking again as well. Hardly a young vs old subject matter. Or, are you a tad too young to realize that? :-). Smile...having some fun at you poking the old folks...

East Side Social Club's outdoor setup would be better if their tables faced the TVs instead of running perpendicular.

Then only one side could see the TV. There's really only one answer: More TVs.
