A Message from UNT Cheerleader LaTreshia Johnson

Hi North Texas, my name is LaTreshia Johnson and I hope you will consider supporting the GoMeanGreen.com Basketball Classic II event taking place on March 31st at 10am. Our entire Cheer team will be there and it would be great to meet you in person.

This support of this event is HUGE for North Texas Cheer. The university is great at taking care of our cheer needs, but we would love to start helping our cheerleaders more academically. Your donation would kick off our scholarship fund to help provide books and tuition assistance to returning members. We sometimes lose squad members due to difficulty with schedules, finances, and academics. Losing just one person is a big loss for our team. It becomes hard to put together stunts and other routines that show all the hard work that we have been doing to make NTC great! We also have aspirations of going to Nationals next year so we can prove to a bigger audience that North Texas Cheer is on its way to greatness! So it is more than appreciated to get any additional help and support that we can! Thank you so much!! Go Mean Green!
